TAKE TIME to clear your mind and you will find the best way for you to unwind what wound you up so tight. Let the mess of the stress waft over you and pass. Go beyond the point of fury and frustration and find yourself in the center of reason … for a reason. There is a most negative and a most positive way that any situation can unfold. That being said, why not put yourself into the best mind state to yield the benefits of the positive side of that spectrum?
