Write it out. Let out that emotion. Fed up, pent up, frustrated thoughts that are weighing you down. Let them out. Kick them out. Purge yourself of the unnecessary anchors. Also, why not just follow the feeling to see where it might go? Kill two birds with one stone. Sharpen your craft while you're at your worst and watch it slice through effortlessly when you're at your best. There's enough stress. Don't bring more into existence. Stop entertaining whatever causes it. If you can't, then take it in through a different filter. A savvier more elusive angle. Make piece of mind your goal. Peace.
